Kaz Lam is the Founder of Skyi3, a Hong Kong-based Image consulting agency specialising in mindful styling and color matching. In 2022, she co-founded Maison RE/WE - an Upcycling fashion brand. Kaz has over eight years of experience in the fashion industry, started as an assistant stylist for GQ China and Vogue China, and later working as a Visual Merchandiser for Louis Vuitton in Paris. She has also worked with Farfetch as a stylist and created editorial content for VogueMan in Hong Kong.

​Kaz describes her personal style as "a winter style with a spring character," which she developed through her travels and studies abroad. She draws inspiration from British fashion's retro and vintage vibes, as well as the Kinfolk and Parisian lifestyle she experienced while living in Paris.

When she is not creating creative content, Kaz spends her downtime meditating and is an avid foodie. She believes inspirations can be derived from all beautiful aesthetics of everyday life; from interior designs to books and exhibitions, and even people-watching.
